Maple and mustard pretzel mix

Ingredients

  • 100g walnuts
  • 80g almonds
  • 150g cashews
  • 50g pretzels
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat
  3. Combine all the ingredients together
  4. Spread the mixture onto the lined tray
  5. Bake, turning halfway through
